We posted an article recently about a pilot study that showed positive social changes in people with autism after nasal administration of oxytocin. Now a large clinical trial will test the safety and effectiveness of oxytocin nasal spray to improve sociability and communication in children and teens with autism.  Check out the article at Autism Speaks.
